Warning: ALL of these programs require the .NET Framework 3.5. Unless you have Visual Studio 2008 or higher, you need to install this. Luckily, I have the copy of it right here.
If you don't know how to install it, I'll provide instructions... >.>
1. Download the file from the link.
2. Unrar/extract it using rar programs like WinRAR.
3. Double-click the extracted file
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.
